entitlements, regulatory local, state and federal levels.

energy, as well as to out pad drive-thru kiosk users for coffee, wireless and other retailers.

-Provided Roof Top Commercial Management and Leasing Services to Property Ownership/Management

Companies.

-DAS EXPERIENCE:, both iDAS and Small Cells. (Joint-Use and Franchise Agreement experience as

well as Utility Fiber and Wireless Agreements, ROW Node selections, node approval with jurisdictions,

Permitting, HOA negotiations/approvals for small cell polygons.

-Building Permits- Provide Permit expediting services to wireless industry for small cell and macro sites as

well as permitting to Contractors and Architects nationwide for various new construction and TI projects.
